An omega thief gets thrown out of his clan of criminals after he refuses to save his leader from a debt he can’t pay. Joined by his best friend, these two homeless omegas are trying to stay safe in a dangerous city where the army fights ruthless criminals who hate omegas, but maybe the best way to survive is to find any decent alphas to take care of them, even if they’re not true mates.
And the best place to find good alphas is the local mafia. But stepping into the mafia life comes with its own dangers, and their former clan certainly hates seeing them climbing up the lawless social ladder when they were supposed to fail as outcasts, so their hardships are far from over.
At least there’s a young alpha, not the prince charming our little thief thought he’d find, but he’s kind of cute, and has kind eyes, so even though this one isn’t his true mate, he decides to give him a chance.
But maybe it doesn’t always have to be about love at first sight. Maybe love can bloom where you least expect it – if you give it an opportunity to grow.
Unbuttoned
Twenty-eight-year-old Wren has been sheltered his whole life. He was homeschooled, and only allowed to socialize with similarly repressed omegas who at the very least, had watched porn by their age. Wren, not so much. Once he finished school and went on into adulthood, you’d think that Wren would have gone crazy trying to experience all the things he’d been denied as a teenager, right? Far from it. Though Wren had moved to a new city for his job and gained new friends who had certainly dabbled in hedonism, Wren had little inclination to join them.
Wren was content with celibacy. He was content with working nine to five, eating lunch with his coworkers, and then going home at the end of the day to binge watch tv shows and try out the new recipes he found online. His life was a boat on still waters, slowly drifting to an expected destination. Steady. Unchanging.
There’s a storm, though, hanging on the fringes of Wren’s life by the name of Vincent. He’s a complete nuisance, with his ridiculous V-neck shirts that show way too much skin, his captivatingly evil grin, and his scent like a minty forest breeze. Wren doesn’t like him at all, and he’s really annoyed that Vincent is apparently the only taxi driver available in the whole city after seven p.m.
And if the fact that the scent of Vincent’s oncoming rut triggered Wren’s heat meant anything significant, like their compatibility, Wren was going to happily ignore it. And if, right before Wren’s next heat, he stole Vincent’s scarf from the backseat of the taxi, then Wren was going to blame it all on the omega heat-brain instincts.
Except, unbeknownst to Wren, there was apparently a ‘stealing an alpha’s clothes to sex’ pipeline that he wasn’t aware of.
Before long, Wren is sucked up into the whirlpool known as Vincent, desperately trying to claw his way out before he drowns. But as it turns out, the whirlpool is just as desperate to drag him down as Wren is to escape.
A Pirate's Plaything
I was hiding as cargo on the ship Mandrake.
When it was pirated, I did some quick-thinking and pretended to be a cabin boy. But he scented me at the get. And the moment he had me alone he stripped me down to prove what he already knew.
I was all woman.
He was the Captain of the Whirlwind and he intended to possess all spoils from the Mandrake. Including me.
But I'm not so easily bullied into becoming a lover.
Not even by a fierce pirate captain.

I wasn't ever going to belong to Bodin.

Bodin Charters had been my friend since we were kids. Painfully shy and uncomfortable in crowds.

My father was ill and had been for a long time. I didn't know Bodin, who'd inherited the Charter's fortune and property, had persuaded my father to make me his ward upon his deathbed.
Now my father is gone.
And Bodin is stating I can't be his ward because it'd be improper. I must become his wife.
I won't.
But as his ward, he has law over me. Law where he can make me do things I don't want to do.
And he keeps reminding me, he'll have more sway over me as my husband so I best start learning to obey him.
The devil I will.
Unfortunately, I'm finding Bodin is a far more clever devil then I expected...
Remini
Life is already hard enough for a classic 17-year-old teenager, but when you add werewolves, unrealistic expectations, pressure, constant disappointment and blatant discrimination, it only worsens.
As an omega, Remini's life goal is all set: before he's even twenty he will find a pretty higher rank, mate with him, have his babies and raise them.
Then he will be happy. At least, that's what everyone tells him.
But to him, it does sound very far from his happiness.
Even though, Remini tries to make his life alright by relying on his family's and friends' support and love, but for how long can it last?
